Prices are a guide only and may change on a daily basis. Prices are per person per night (based on a minimum of 2 sharing) and include a full choice from our Breakfast Menu

Terms and Conditions:

Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 30 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Prepayment: A fixed amount of GBP 30 may be charged any time after booking.

We welcome children over 10 years old.

Pets are not allowed.

Room: There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Non-smoking Establishment: NO SMOKING policy applies to the whole house including bedrooms.

Strictly No hot food in the bedrooms.

Check-in 17:00 to 19:00 or by prior arrangement

Check-out 8:00 to 10:30 or by prior arrangement

An estimate arrival time is kindly requested for all reservations

Parking: We offer limited off-street parking at Gladstone House, reservation is not possible, first come first served. Free public parking available nearby. Guests park at their own risk.

We accept most credit & debit cards except American Express.

We do not accept cheques.
